SO series vacuum pumps are direct driven oil sealed, rotary vane and aircooled pumps. SOX B series vacuum pumps are double stage rotary vane vacuum pumps with improved design and smoother operational capability. Rotary vane vacuum pumps are oldest conceptualised pumps working in the pressure range of 2x10⁻³ mbar. The oil acts as a sealant first, a lubricant second and third as a means of heat removal. Gas ballast mechanism allows the pump to handle suitable amount of water vapour content. SO series pumps are the new generation pumps designed with innovative ideas to suit global standards.
