Single Stage Oil Sealed Rotary Vane Pumps
SO series vacuum pumps are direct driven oil sealed, rotary vane and air cooled pumps. SOXA series are single stage, direct driven, oil-sealed, rotary vane and air cooled. A rotor with three vanes is positioned inside the pump cylinder supported by two bearings. The pumps have a built-in gas ballast valve and one of the simplest and most reliable oil recirculating system.
